hmm i wonder if the people who are able to download could perhaps tell us what web browser they are using.

im using firefox but i seem to remember not being able to complete the spec survey unless i used IE, would be annoying if something like that was stopping me from downloading.

Well, I figured out what my problem was - apparently I had an older Station account when I played PS1, and I never signed up with that one. I just did now, but unlikely I'll get in this wave.

Guess I'm screwed until general beta.

Amusingly using IE, clearing cache, turning it off and on again, formatting the hard drive and divorcing the wife have had no positive or negative effect with regards to this download yet.

Response from the Online Support Chat, dont hammer this poor guy

"I do see that your account does have Veteran Status for PlanetSide 1. I will need to escalate this ticket to our management team to see what is going on with your account. They will contact you through email once they have looked over your ticket and your account."

So, im a Vet that cant get in (yet).
