Been checking back less and less. It's nice seeing so many optimists on this forum. The pictures actually had me going for a while, but the missing weapons on the models tipped off my suspicions that things were maybe halfway through development maybe.

I will say one thing. I hope for the sake of the people that resubscribed that they'll be let into the beta even if they unsubscribe again. Not a big beta person myself after seeing some really buggy betas that were more like alpha tests and almost unplayable. Ruins the experience. I remember seeing training during the PS Beta. That was pretty bad that they let that stuff release.

On a similar note, I would be quite interested to hear their thoughts or arguments whether their "silence mode" is really that wise or just plain out stupid.

It's rarely this quiet in the MMO business. Allthough I don't have much experience with SOE either...
