My plans in Eve are slowly but surely moving forward, I expect the alliance to be founded in about a month (have to wait for my corp skills).

Well, Today and yesterday our alliance had a frig fest, All tech 1 frigates and shit, was fun as hell. I lost, Peacemaker won the first round (Teams), the Second round is stil lgoing atm, almost over.

Pissed me off soooo much, I crashed once, ogged back in, continued fighting, and was about to engage a punsiher. I hit my MWD and shot off towards him. Locked the target and launched my first salvo of missles a little early. I watched eagerly as the tell tail fire streaks swirved towards the target.... then... nothing. No boom, no reload and fire again. Nothing. FUCK I CRASHED AGAIN. My kessi flew head long into the punisher which easily webbed me down to a speed he could engage me at. When I logged back on I was in my escape pod. Lame.

Had I survived I would have stood a VERY good chance of beating Rob. Only a mistake would have lost it for me.

The superweapons are all large smartbombs that do area of effect racial damage on a "massive" scale.

In the Amarrian case it is EM damage.

Basicly the only thing that differs is what damage type they do (There's four damage types and four races) and the graphic when it happends.

I'v only heard about the Caldari Titan, where thousands of torps come out of it and do massive damage within 500km of itself. Don't know if that's true and what the others will be.

I've been having a blast practicing with a Chimera Carrier on the test server. I've found a killer setup (at least for FFA combat). Got jumped by over a half dozen gank BS in a gang at the FFA last night and I mopped the floor with them.

The problem is determining how to fit it for live PVP... especially when you take into consideration that Carriers have too much of a weakness vs ECM and cap draining setups atm. I can easily fit a setup that takes about 5000 DPS to break the tank (and even more to actually kill the Carrier within any reasonable period of time). Problem is that does little good when your tank gets Nossed away while you're ECMed into not being able to fight back.
