Oh and here's in interesting bit of news.
I, using my super brain powers of brainyness, discovered the formula that calculates the new missile damages. If Target Signature Radius >= Missile Explosion Radius, then ( Target Signature Radius / Missile Explosion Radius ) = 1.0 If Target Velocity <= Missile Explosion Velocity, then ( Target Velocity - Missile Explosion Velocity ) = 0.0 Missile Damage * (Target Signature Radius / Missile Explosion Radius) * e^( -1 * (Target Velocity - Missile Explosion Velocity )^2 / (1500^2) ) = Final Missile Damage It's essentially a Gaussian Curve (think normal distribustion bell curve). I posted it on the EVE forums, lots of ppl went "yay!" and I got 20m in donations. Also I gave the formula to Mr M (the guy who does www.evegeek.com) and he stuck it into his new Missile Damage Calculator which of course hadn't worked right up until this point. So, that's my proud little achievment. It didn't win me a gold plated Apoc, but it did give me a little bit of recognition, even if just for a few days.
