Only got 5 mb/s, could get 10 but I guess the folks don't feel like it..

Will be able to download 12 gB in a few hours so it's not that bad, however my friends with 50 and 100 mb/s will probably tease me x)

By "just" you mean 3 months ago. Most games these days have 16 month dev cycles.

Pretty much, besides all the usual things breaking at random almost nothing is tuned and a lot of systems aren't even implemented.

The first game did not fail. I haven't seen any remakes of a failed product.
