is it just me or does the video still seem kinda dull, in the first trailer the colours were very vibrent and aloe, this not just features so much brown, and it looks like there is almost like a brown "screen" effect over the whole video.

Don't worry that much. Some parts of this video were colorful, and this Indar continent is supposed to have 'brown and grey' feel to it.
