We can't really expect SOE to even publicly admit an idea like this is in the works until they have a solid foundation game to put it in. So I'd say the soonest we hear about anything like OAC being implemented is 2014.

take away the weapons and such,make it indestructable,and only for use in transferring continents (when the patch comes out for continents to be connected), and one locked size, and you've got a great idea.(perhaps add more things along the way) great work on the description though

it's concept art for ps2 and that particular piece was tweeted by Sir John Smedley himself CEO of SOE therefore i doubt he would tease us with this if it isn't coming out
