Out of date stats - Page 2

I was level 42.... now i'm 53.. no stats..

My data is still on the date of the 30.01.2013. It also shows up ingame on the Outfit page if I am not wrong. Thats a big problem because you can not realy keep track of who is active and who is not.
Is there something new on this topic? And is it really a problem just for EU players that have a Pro7 account like me?

For those who are complaining about out of date stats, you really need to raise this with SOE, they are the only ones who can fix this, users of the API, like PSU just have to assume that data coming back from the API is correct, because we have no other way of telling, and no alternative data to use.

If you want this fixed, please complain to SOE, by email, twitter or on the PS2 forums.

hey,

players.planetside2.com is updated for many of my mates, but here they are outdated... missing chars, outdated xp etc.
is it the API or is there a problem on planetside-universe ?

At this time they had just pushed out an update to the API which currently has messed up and is .. well making life a little more interesting for those of us whom use the API. I am sure that they are working on and it no more need to worry about out of date information as information is only update at this point once a day. That also depends on the api that is being used. If your information is outdated then that information is pulled from SOE outdated.

We are working on migrating to the latest version of the API but it's not quite there yet. Once that is done we should match up with the players site.
