I wouldn't mind seeing that six hour timer go towards complete cert resets. You can actually make a brand new character if you want free resets whenever you'd like, at least for seven days.

That wouldn't be a bad idea if implemented a couple years ago. Every 6 or 12 hours you get an additional forget that stacks if you don't use them. I'd like that.

For now there is probably no chance of anything that makes actual changes to the game, but adding a "foget all" once a week during the server re-boot I would think should be possible at the current level of PS1 "developer activity".
