In-game New Player Support. (Unofficial Guide Program)

I'll apply because I think that there's a major issue for people that speak French and live in North America, there's basically no support unless you contact SOE Europe and the timezone difference make things really frustrating and the issues takes forever to get fixed because everyone as to wait for the other to reply. I'm in for the frenchy!

Eventually a sort of "how to" should be written in this sub forum to help everyone get the right info across to new players or personal experiences with helping teach a particular area.

Totally agree, that was the idea behind the E-mails. I wanted to get some good docs or something going, more communication behind the scenes for those that are volunteering.

Thank YOU Neville. I mean really, if I just did this by myself and offered help, no one would take me seriously. With everyone joining in and offering up their service we reinforce one another's commitment and show others, both new and experienced, that we are serious about helping. This way they know where to point to.

Merci Beaucoup! What I would ask then, is that you fill out your submission totally in French. That way, English speaking players don't auto add you to their friends list with out looking at what you "know" or ask of them.
