i don´t want to be forced to look at idiots who tossed money out the window for stupid clownhats or jason icehockey masks with screw mohawks on their helmets and think they are cool now!
i rarely notice those things in the gameworld because it´s almost always night or foggy or my nonexistent situational awareness doesn´t let me see any enemy from near, but on the killcam it is extremely disimmersing and cheesy. at least give us the option to directly click it away. this will be no change for those who like to see it. and the chatbox needs to be present at all times! during killcam and redeploy! it totally sucks to not be able to ask where a squadleader want us to redeploy. not everybody uses voicechat.

I don't care at all about the deathscreen. People want it to be skipped only to conserve time on the spawn screen.
Technically these 8 seconds you waste looking at the deathscreen, you later waste looking at the map, while your respawn button is ready. Last edited by NewSith; 2013-06-03 at 06:51 AM. |

If I have to look at it, at least make it accurate. As it is, it often shows that I took damage from whatever killed me in the previous life.
I'd actually like to be able to recall the previous death screen, as in, "wait wtf was that??" |

Honestly it's one of the better death screens in a game I've ever experienced, it gives you lots of info and it's not annoying. |

They should at least improve it.
First, I'd like to see the stats of the gun that killed me. Damage per shot, RPM,... etc just rip it from the weapon states page already in the game. Then I'd like to see the exact amount of damage that killed me. This would allow me to improve my playstyle to better serve my Empire. For example, if I am killed by a shotgun, and the last pellet killed me with 133 damage whereas the pellets max damage is 134, I could probably upgrade my rank in nanoweave or just get a tad farther away to avoid circumstances like that. Then, I'd like to recall the death screen to review this information. |
