Please ask about Deployables. Specifically the Spitfire and other turrets. Are they going to be present? If so, how many can be dropped by one person at a time? About what range? and are they roughly the same damage/effectiveness as they were in PS1? The antipersonnel mines and spitfires ARE planetside to me.
Thanks much |

If a Dev shows up depends on their schedule and it's pretty much out of Hamma's hands. However! Show up to the live show and get in the IRC and you'll find about 2 or 3 Devs hanging around.

I'm personally very curious about Outfit details. Specifically if they've decided about going with or against Specialized Outfits. With the class system now in place, this detail is going to determine a lot about the social structure of the game. For example, if I'm an Engineer, should I expect to end up in an outfit that is effectively an Engineering Corps, coordinating with other Outfits to put our skills to use? Or will I be part of an Engineering Corps Division that exists within my Outfit, alongside Infantry, Motor Pool and other specific divisions? At the end of the day, will my friend who's an Infiltrator not reap the same kind of benefits by being in my Outfit that he would have if he had joined an Outfit that was specialized in his class. That's the biggest question on my mind right now.

I would be willing to spend up to the cost of a Triple A title, that's about $60 Canadian dollars, not sure what it works out to in American dollars, can't be much different. I feel these guys are putting in the effort, they deserve to be compensated in kind. I'd likely spend more over the long term as well, provided the game keeps up.
