Based on the canister angle, n.4 looks like the classic pulsar design in a PS2 NC style.
Edit: I think I'd go n.3. But why do we have to choose one, btw ? Cuh-sto-mi-za-shion ? Last edited by sylphaen; 2012-03-29 at 01:45 PM. |

#3 hands down. Sure, #4 looks cool and all, it looks unnecessarily heavy. #3 for the simplicity of design, the placement of the canister and it looks lightweight.
I would only change the ridge on the top of it. It should be smooth.

You're right about the ignition system, which ruled that one out for me, but I don't get your comment about the canister? No flamethrower I have ever seen had an angled tank. I would argue though that we don't know what these really run on, so it really does not matter.

I think the 3rd one is not visually distinct enough from a normal rifle. Being able to identify the weapon the enemy is using (apart from the flames that might be shooting out of it) is important.
#1, #2 and #4 look good from that perspective, though #1 looks a bit bland. |
