Haven't gotten a handle on the random instant errors when viewing threads yet. That's the next one to tackle.

I was actually going to contact you guys about this. Recently I've gotten a "Service Unavailable" page probably... 90% of the time I try to access any page here. Refreshing it does nothing and it'll last for hours. Page loads have been... dial-up slow as well.

Keep in mind though, this was over the last few days. I haven't spent enough time here to see if your fixes have made an impact. Will report if I run in to problems.

Ya, still getting the "high traffic, service unavailable" message as yesterday. Yesterday I was at work and thought it might be the network there but now getting the same thing at home with less than 50 viewing the forums.

Is there any specific time you are seeing it? Anything specific you are doing? Viewing a thread, searching a character etc?

I just performed a short maintenance that caused that page to come up for everyone. Clear now.

Are you sure you're suffering from a denial of service attack? It sure seems like it, with the 15 to 30 second load times.

I was on around that time and not seeing anything.

We aren't under a DOS - that would be much more noticeable.
