This is awesome news. I've yet to play a game like Pside. Few places you can have 30 friends jump in and play all together, at once, in the same spot, no matter the level.

Hell I'd be happy if they just updated the engine and improved performance - it'd still be better than any FPS or MMO out there.

I hope they make it different enough for it to be a new game, but similar enough to rekindle that old feeling of world domination without silly NPCs or Instanced Combat options.
