No Terran Republic soldier had respawned for 3 days now. They have been losing massive amounts of land to the opposing empires, the entire sanctuary; even civilians were trying to figure what is wrong. KaozReign was on his 2-week vacation from the war and he had spent all of his time on fixing it. He had run massive amounts of diagnostics on all of the respawn computers and everything was in working order. �Dammit, what the hell is going on� Kaoz asked himself. He had been getting strange readings on his radar, until that moment he hadn�t even thought that that could be part of it. �Kaozreign to Manitou, I think I have an idea what is going on with the respawn system� Kaoz radioed in �And what would that be,� responded Manitou. �Not exactly sure but I think it either has something to do with the core or with something in the air� �Roger that, you have permission to command air fleet 3974 for 2 days� �Thank you sir, Kaozreign out� Kaozreign immediately got a mosquito and flew to the sanctuary air base. He found his platoon already briefed on what was going on. �All members of air fleet 3974 be in your aircraft and ready for lift off in 5 minutes� kaoz announced over the intercom. Once they were in the air Kaoz took them to the center of where the strange waves were coming from. �Keep an eye out for anything odd� After a day of searching the air they came up with nothing. Kaoz had been trying different radar frequency and each one read the same until they were about to land to refuel he found one that read the frequency were originating underground �that�s impossible, The sanctuary is an island and we have done many tests to see if their were caverns under it� Kaoz thought. �Kaozreign to Manitou, do a radar scan over the sanctuary under frequency 96324836� �Kaoz, that reads underground!� �Affirmative, what course of action should me and my fleet take?� �I will send out a few air fleets to scan the continents for unregistered geo gates� �Me and my fleet will scan the sea surrounding the sanctuary� �Affirmative, Manitou out�

Hamma scanned the road for enemies and once again, came up with none. He couldn�t understand it, he knew that they wouldn�t send one man to take a tower and then take no action, especially one as high ranked as Sgswift, although he was particularly happy that SGswift was the one that got his ass kicked. He checked his guns and ammunition again. �Status report� asked Hamma �All clear here� reported black. �Same here� shadowspawn declared. �Wait, I GOT A SQAUD OF ENEMY VANGAURDS COMING IN FROM THE SOUTH� shouted Black �A SQAUD OF ENEMY MAGRIDERS COMING IN FROM THE NORTH!� Boomed Shadowspawn �Dammit, they�re double teaming us again� Hamma whispered to himself. �Roll out the prowlers!� Hamma demanded over the platoon channel. Firefly controlled the cannon of his prowler, he couldn�t help but feel uncomfortable, he was to used to being out on the field with his chaingun. He and 9 other prowlers rolled out the south entrance while squad 3 of the platoon went out the north. �May god be with us,� he whispered to himself when he saw the vanguards. �FIRE AT WILL!� he shouted over the radio. Immediately he heard the cold thunder of tank fire. He opened fire at the vanguard nearest to him; he could hear the machine gun above him unloading into its target. The prowler blew through the line of vanguards, Firefly turned a quick 360 and quickly fired off 4 shots. All of the gunfire made a beautiful array of colors. The prowler swerved to the right narrowly dodging a vanguard shot, the ground shook, it left a crater big enough to land a reaver in. he quickly fired 5 more shots, 3 of them hit blowing the vanguard to pieces. �INCOMMING REAVERS!� he heard someone shout over the radio. �Find cover,� he told the prowler driver soon after they were under a missile barrage. The tank pulled left hard, barely missing a group of six missiles. They were headed for a cliff that pointed up at a 75-degree angle. �WHAT ARE YOU DOING?� shouted Firefly. The tank turned right as it was hitting the cliff and to Firefly�s surprise the driver used it to pull a 360 turn, making the reaver pilot pull up. The reaver was too low to the ground and was headed nose first straight into the cliff. Firefly hadn�t noticed it until then but the reaver was in purple and teal. Before he could see the collision his prowler took a vanguard shot causing one of the treads to come off. �Abandon tank!� The pilot shouted. Firefly did not know who the pilot was until then, he had been gunning for Manitou.

Otherick kicked the reaver�s windshield out and dived out. As he was falling he looked over and saw the prowler drive away only to get hit by two vanguard shots and its right tread come off. He hit the ground and sprinted to a tree. He removed his pulsar from its holster and peaked out. He had a clear shot at one of the Terrans that was hiding from the vanguard behind a tree, he fired a quick burst and saw his armor and skin burn off, blood smeared all over the tree and ground. Immediately he put his pulsar away and switched on his surge implant, then dashed north to see if someone could pick him up �This is otherick, my reaver has been shot down and I need a pickup ASAP� he reported calmly �Roger that Otherick, a thresher will meet you at waypoint 1� said a woman with a earth southern accent. At that moment a waypoint appeared on Othericks proximity map. He glanced over his soldier just in time to see a Terran with a cycler opening fire at him he rolled left and was hit twice in the leg causing him to fall, he tried to pick himself up but it was too late two terrans were running straight at him he quickly grabbed his pulsar and opened fire. The terrans dodged them easily and one of them shot a small burst with his cycler, directly hitting Otherick in the chest. He tried to use his hands to put pressure on the wound, but it was no use the blood was oozing out and he was lying a lake of red. His entire world went black for a second and he awoke in an AMS�s spawn tube.

Manitou pulled out his Med. Applicator and healed up Thepeacemakers wounds. �That was close,� said Thepeacemaker. �Yea, quick we need to find cover,� responded Manitou. They quickly ran into another group of trees only for a vanguard to shoot and splinter the tree in half. �SHIT!� Peacemaker removed a jammer grenade from his backpack and quick threw it at the vanguard. It exploded and made a dark storm of electricity. A MAX pounder came and blew the vanguard to pieces while its guns were disabled �Manitou! Quick get in the base!� yelled Smallbird. �Hamma, status report!� Manitou demanded �7 prowlers in the south destroyed and 9 vangaurds destroyed, �9 prowlers in the north down and 5 magriders down� Manitou dashed through the south gate and looked up on the wall and saw 7 soldiers but only recognized Black and Heavygain unloading with Mini chainguns. �I�m calling in reinforcements,� Hamma declared over the radio. �Hamma to sanctuary, requesting reinforcements, under heavy siege� �Negative Hamma, every Terran republic base is under the same if not more amount of fire� Hamma quickly resumed fire with his cycler, a platoon of infantry were rushing the west side.

tryin to fit everyone in but its hard to fit more than 3 people in a chapter without confusing someone, or thats just me

Xmodum peered through the scope of his bolt driver. �As I�ve said a million other times, Terrans are not people, they are just targets for my bolt driver� he spotted two chaingunners on the west wall pinning down VS troops. He couldn�t get a straight shot at the head because the recoil of the chaingun. He pulled the trigger; the bullet tore through his right arm. Quickly realizing his mistake he reloaded and took aim again, but the soldier had already spotted him. Knowing they would soon have a reaver or a mosquito up to kill him, he ran to his mosquito and quickly took off. He scanned the area for another spot. He found a cliff that had a mass of trees under it. He pulled as hard up as he could without locking up and then went into a dive. The speed gauge read 280kph, then he opened the windshield just enough to squeeze his hand with a smoke grenade out. He popped the pin off the smoke bomb and stuck it out the windshield, he had used this trick many times before but not in such a heavy battle, and not a single shot was fired at him. He used all his flying skills to bring the plane down untouched. He opened the cockpit and climbed the little amount of cliff from his landing area. He could see the entire base easily. He quickly went into a prone position and took aim. He scanned all the targets for the leader and found one carrying command uplink device. He was on top of the wall running to the west side. The leader kneeled next to the chaingunner he had shot earlier and began shooting off his cycler at any enemy soldier he could see. He was an easy target, but all he would have to do would to see him is look up. He was firing in bursts so if he timed it right he could pop his skull open with one bullet. He waited until he was holding almost completely still and slowly squeezed the trigger, but then Xmodum�s entire world disappeared.

Heavygain�s arm was down pouring blood. �Heavygain, go find a medic I�ll take you chaingun and gun for you� Hamma told him �Yes sir� Heavygain gladly responded and quite painfully handed him his chaingun with his right arm. He jumped off the wall and ran into the base and found the med. Terminal. His arm felt as if it was being beaten over and over again in the exact same spot with a hammer. The terminal shot out a laser surrounding the bullet in his arm and pulled it out and two more lasers mended the wound together, Heavygain was unnaturally used to the pain. He switched his surge implant on and dashed up the facility�s stair set and back to the west wall. He immdiatly resumed fire with his mini chaingun. �All enemy tanks destroyed� he heard Manitou report over the radio �But we only have 2 prowlers remaining� �Affirmative, both prowlers enter base for repairs then defend with the bulk of us,� Hamma commanded. Hamma took out his command uplink device and ordered an orbital strike straight into the middle of the trees the enemy troops were hiding behind, seconds later an eye watering flash and an ear pounding bang took place and the trees were completely decimated. Hamma looked around and saw 9 ally soldiers downed and medics rushing to heal them, three of the soldiers died. Hamma glanced around and saw a flail shot headed straight for them �GET OFF THE WALL!� Hamma screamed as he dived off the wall. Flames shrouded that spot of the west wall. �No way in hell he could have hit that exact spot with out a laser targeting it� Hamma shouted. At that moment 6 more flail shots from the south hit the base.
