If you want to be understood, then yes, it matters.

O.K. I was gonna be the White knight and ride in here and say please stop picking on this guy. We are a better community then this. If you want people to take you any more seriously, YES. It's a forum, not a chat room. You're granted the luxury of time to proof read your response before submitting it. People show more respect towards proper writing practices. It also makes your posts easier to read to boot.

Planetside 1 did not have player-run servers.

There are no plans to have player-run servers for Planetside 2.

It's a true MMO, which means company run servers only, and Sony's going to be guarding whatever tech they put into server-side architecture jealously.
