Imagine my relief! I was hoping TR would attract those groups more. I didn't want to come up with excuses as to why they had to be on the injured list and couldn't play on our team.

Just to clarifie this, I'm not in the beta yet, I don't know who's got the biggest player base now. But what I said in my previous post is IMO the only reasonable explanation for the devs only advertising VS and NC.

And also about COD players, I just assume more would go to TR, I hope not so :P

If you're not in beta, you can't break NDA... especially with a question.

Now... if someone were to ANSWER it... then THEY might break NDA :P Depending on the question/answer :P

And as far as pop... I think it varies but is pretty close to balanced most of the time.

Keep in mind as someone goes to create a character, they will be informed of XP boosts to joining the factions with less players.

Nah COD players will go for lasers imo. They've come here because they want a different angle right? If they want bullets they can play, well, COD.

Yah, hard to say how CoD players will fall.

Color could sway them. Look/design of the units could sway them.

Oppression/storm troopers; Freedom Fighters/Rebels/Puppets ; Scientists/Tech/Future/Cult could sway them.

Gun play, faction weapons/vehicles could sway them.

Faction choice music might even sway them

CGI trailer, any other trailer showing X faction doing something could even sway them.

In other words... I think they'll split mostly evenly. Different aspects will appeal to different people... and for everyone else there's an XP boost for joining a faction without majority.

So you belive the only difference between PS2 and CoD:MW3 is the sci-fi elements in the game?

they could just not actually like the TR. If your biased and in control it probably will show.

The Vanu can have them was my point. Did you miss the smiley? You took it way too seriously.

COD players will go for lasers because it resembles how the hit detection works in COD.
