Ok, now, teh chapter after this is teh end of the story. I want every one to tell me how teh story is after this chapter. Got it? (cricket chirps) Good! And now, teh 6th chapter. (more crickets chirp) Oh, and I changed my mind about Chelle fallin in love with the character of my story, so you can stop worrying, Squeeks.
Chapter 6 Trigger sent Serpant to get two AP MAX's and some ammo while he stayed behing to defend the console. He typed in a few commands at the console and the air immediately filled with the sound of gunshots and screams of terror and pain. He had set the turrets on auto and they began firing into the middle of the VS. Trigger then decided to check up on his friends on the hill "Caddy, how's things?" he asked. "Everything's fine over here," came the reply. "I have a visitor up here. did you have a hand in that.?" "Yeah, i did. Listen, I hacked the base, so start picking people off like crazy. Got it?" "Yeah, got it." Trigger was about to say something else,but he stopped short. He heard odd footsteps coming down the hall. He knew what was coming. He turned on his stealth and slinked into a corner. At that moment, a Vanu AP MAX stepped into the room. Trigger pulled out a boomer and snuck behind the MAX. He planted the boomer right on the MAX's back. He stepped out into the hallway and detonated the boomer. The MAX came flying out. At that moment, Serpant came down the hallway, wearing a MAX and dragging another one behind him. They both stepped inside and Trigger began putting on the MAX. "Took ya long enough." said trigger. "I had to take out two squads of Vanu onthe way back." "Yeah, and I had to take out a MAX." Serpant didnt say anything else after that. Just as Trigger was snapping down the reinforced visor of the MAX, two full squads of Vanu in Reinforced armor all bottlenecked at the door. Trigger and Serpant made short work of them, seeing as they only had basic assault rifles. Then three squads with jackhammers showed up, only to be caught up in a thunderstorm of lead. THis continued until they had flattened five squads with decimators, then came the MAX's. There was only a squad this time, but that one battle raged on for five minutes. Trigger would throw a frag out while he was reloading, and Serpant just anchored down and kept pumping out metal like a hurricane. Then, Serpant took a direct hit to the chest, knocking him down and out. This threw Trigger into a rage never seen before on Auraxis. A vicious yell rose from Trigger as he anchored down and threw out lead like no one had ever seen. But still, it wasnt enough. A bullet burst through the reinforced glass shielding his head. It only grazed the side of his head, but the force was enough send him to the ground. Using his Targeting implant, he checked the last MAX's health. It was low enough to where one bullet would finish him off. Trigger raised one arm and fired, but didnt fire. He had run out of ammo. He went limp and started passing into unconsciousness. The MAX came over to finish him off. It rasied on arm, pointing it at Trigger's head. But it didnt fire. It just fell over dead. Trigger looked into the doorway and saw Ultraviolet standing there. "What the hell?" he managed to say before he passed out. -------------------------- End of Chapter 6 Now, how is the story so far?
