How will the leaders of the factions play into the game and where would they be based? since all of the continents will be able to be conquered.

do spaces count as characters in twitter? if so, damn.

of course they do. To the burn unit you go, while i see if i can get some chars shorter for you.

Also guys if you can refrain for asking for screenshots, videos or assets during the Twitter interview. They aren't going to just release content via twitpic so it's better used for other questions.

They did once! Granted, it was on a phone on a webcam and could not be seen at all, but still!

In PS1 the faction leaders sometimes threw out some updates to their factions.
VS Council
TR Overwatch
NC Command

I just want to know if they would be playing a role in PS2 and where the hell would they be living since all the conts can be captured now with no sancs.

To redo my question:
Will faction leadership (such as the VS Council) play a role in PS2 and where would they be located?
