No its not! Im from LA, and i was doing nearly 100 all day. Was only slightly warm.

I drove for three days in a jeep with 3 other guys with no air conditioning, in Texas, in the middle-end of July. The average temp was around 98, + insane humidity+No air conditioning= lose.
