I'm not immune- I was sucked into Pokemon after some initial resistance, but jumped ship early once the stupid cards started coming out. I didn't see the point.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

The thread reminds me of that South Park episode where the Japanese guys brainwash the South Park Youth into fighting for Japan.

DBZ was the fucking shit in my area when I was in elementary school, but, now it seems kinda redundant. And yes, I loose at life for getting into the Pokemon shit
I used to go up to the local card place and try and be ub3r by beating some l337 kid wiht meh ch4r4z4rd!!!1325234!#$123412# It was so hardcore. Even my brother and all his friends (who were about 16 when this was all happening) played the pokemon cards and colloected DGZ cards with me. But then they grew up and started smoking. |
