I love it.
One thing I would add though is a clear indication via an icon of what vehicles are available at each base - until I learnt what was available where it was frustrating when I'd spawn at a base only to find it didn't have a tank spawn. One for air and another for either tracked/wheeled or wheeled only spawns. |

Higby over on Reddit has said their UI guys have been planning this Map/Deployment merger for a while, so at the very least, it might get bumped up the "to do" list after my efforts. Either way, it's great to see SOE know where they need to improve without the community pointing it out for them! |

I signed up so quickly to comment on this that I forgot to capitalize my name. I like this a lot, I really wish this were the default screen. next you have to do the equipment load out screens! Oh man, that is so clumsy and unintuitive it's unreal. It would probably take you a week to sort out that mess.
It feels like it was just slapped together so they had something functional to give us but no real thought was put into it. Hopefully we get something real later on but I doubt it. |

Very nice job, i totally support this. The current UI is sub-optimal to put it christmas friendly. Tiny drop-down menus...yeah right.
The same template could be also used for the equipment screens (as "yadda" mentioned those make santa rage too). Just one addition (might have just missed it) that is very important imo: KEYBINDS for the different loadouts. It should be "use terminal, push loadout number, done". |
