HL2 will only take my attention away from ANYTHING if Team Fortress 2 comes out (Although, I don't think it'll be a mod)

I find that single player games are starting to suck for me unless they're really good or console. I rarely play single player PC games. BTW, the first release of HL2 will be single player only.

Where did you hear this? They said at E3 it will be released with MP.

MP is the bread and butter of any game to make it a success and keeep it going. The community would be PISSED if they did not release it with MP. They don't want the community pissed at them seeing the game took like 5 years.

T:V will be worth DLing the demo but I have some more MMO plans up ahead and they'll be RPGs so I'll spend alot of time with those so I probably won't buy it.

As soon as it gets closer to release and they're sure that there will be no delays, i'm pre-ordering half life 2 in the collectors box. got a ton of cool extra stuff from what i've heard.
