If your so dumb that you even know YOU were in the wrong to blow up an enemy AMS, knowing that a hacker was workingn on it, just so you can blow up an empty AMS for 0 exp, then your a total moron.

Once you saw a hacker was not only close by but in the process of hacking the AMS you and the other 3 rejects should have not just stopped firing but also provided cover for the hacker.

If I saw someone on my team pull a stunt like that Id TK them and think nothing of it and god love them if i see em in any generator room.

I was shooting at it BECAUSE ENEMIES WERE SPAWNING, THEY DEPLOYED THE AMS SO I WAS GOING TO DESTROY IT, get better glasses moron, me and 3 other players where shooting it so the enemy would stop spawning from there.

Yeah I saw that Frog, thing is I didn't mean to TK him, he jsut jumped in there while we were shooting, (while cloacked) so we only saw him because of the kill message

I concur with the frog. The hacker should have been spamming the Cease Fire Macro before he went in for the hack. When two people have differing opinions on what should be done in combat, usually the more violent of the two options will be the one that wins.

How about you reread your post.

You say the enemy got out and deployed the AMS. You shot the enemy and started to shoot the AMS. You never said the enemy was already pouring out of it. You said you started to shoot it BEFORE they started using it.

If they were using it, then say it next time. We can't read your mind.

I think the word your looking for is "post" and not "psot".
Of course enemy troops were spawning there, what else is the point of driving an AMS and deploying it close to your team's enemy?

But you still miss what I and others in this thread have said you small minded little maggot. Why blow up the AMS when you have another option? Why not just shoot the enemy troops instead of troops and AMS when the hacker showed up and started the hack?

You and the other 3 stogies could easly have held it while the hack went through. While you are correct in thinking that making the AMS go boom will stop the enemy from spawning there, its rather small minded thinking. Hacking an enemy AMS not only stops enemy from spawning but also helps out all your team.

Well, I've never understood why people need to destroy empty vehicles when they could just hack them. Why not hack them and get a free vehicle? It is even better when they are an AMS. Sometimes people need to stop and think before blowing everything up that they see. <smile> hee hee

If I was in the same situation, I would have covered the hacker and watched the spawn tubes for some freebie kills (no exp for them but just to protect the hacker). Any extra AMS is worth the trouble of a hack.

If you see friendlies around an enemy vehicle, and you continue to fire at the vehicle, you are asking for grief. It all comes down to judgement. Is the guy close being an idiot and shooting a tank with a gauss when you have a rocklet from a distance? (Or maybe he is close trying to avoid being killed by it) I'd keep shooting if so. Is it a hacker trying to hack an enemy vehicle? I'd stop shooting and let him hack it already.

I charge enemy maxes often, and it is a dangerous move. I get killed more often from friendly fire than from the max. The risk is worth the trouble though because I know when I'm close they cannot keep up with my circling. While I distract them up close, people from afar are pounding them at the worst, and at the best I will kill them with anti-armor rounds in their back with no help at all. I'm SURE some people out there have seen me charge a max, and they got pissed because they thought I should have stayed away. It is just a matter of judgement though. Like the one hacker said, it is just a risk you take doing it. I don't mind when I get tked from taking such a great risk.

Well the only intentional TKs I've had were when our squad was getting ready to leave and we were all getting transportation. I was sitting in the 12mm rotary chainguns on the Marauder when all of a sudden some jerk off TR n00b using a Lasher shoots us once. We all send him a tell asking why... after a minute or so (we had actually driven away from him) he finds us and opens up. I am then forced to kill him. Other intentional TKs were made when someone went AFK blocking me in the AMS spawn tubes... I am forced to "supress" him/her.
My most hilarious unintentional TKs came from driving my fully loaded ANT at max speed (all of 45kmp/h) dodging enemy fire when I drive through a friendly AMS cloak bubble. I smucked alot of friendly naked NC... at least 5. The funny thing was I didn't get any flak about. I'm assuming they didn't get my license plate number... or something.

There was no hacker, so we shot it to avoid enemy zerg, get it?

And he didn't say cease fire or de-cloack so in the middle of all that he died, simple, came on, I did it when I was newb but I learn't if someone is shooting at something you don't go in front of your empires fire.
