Like Wicked said, media player will only download microsoft approved codecs. Those often don't cut it for me.

For anyone that's interested, there's also a codec to allow SVCDs to play in media player. It's not included in nimo, but you can search ircspy.com for svcd and codec to find it (it's only like 200k).
