Actually I havent ran into any problems, only a small grahpical problem that can be fixed by alt tabbing out and then back in

My friend and I played for several hour this weekened on computers I own. Both machines have a 1.6Ghz P4, SiS chipset, 1GB ram. One has a Geforce3 Ti500, and the other a 9700 non-pro.

3 major problems:

1). Crash to desktop as previously mentioned. Extremely annoying. Happened to both machines, but only once each in 5 hours of total play time.

2). Hacking doors failed to work ~25% of the time. The progress icon nver showed up, and it was impossible to hack the door. Once a door was like this it never was fixed. I usually had to wait until someone (an enemy) came out the other end. Moderatly annoying.

3). Corpses walking around. It turns out the people were alive (my friend saw me as a corpse) and were not invinsible or anything. Mostly cosmetic, disorientating.

I am having none of those problems

Door lag sounds like a connection issue, not a problem with the patch.

Term lag is sparatic for me, but i have always gotten it.

Other teammates had the same problem on the same door. I'd respawn and the same door would have the same issue time and time again.

I've gotten stuck in a base turret several times. I'll be in one happily mowing down the enemy when all of a sudden it makes the sound of the door opening. I figure the base/tower got hacked. However, my viewpoint is changes to looking out the side of the turret and all commands stop working. Can't chat, "G" doesn't work, ESC doesn't work, nothing. Only thing I can do at this point is to alt-tab out and kill PS.

I don't believe it's a connection issue either because it (the long delay) only happens after I get out of a spawn tube and try to access an equip terminal. If it was a connection issue, I would be inclined to believe that it (the delay) would occur elsewhere as well.

only problem ive had is this morning i had to reboot cuz it wouldnt let me log in to Planetside. Then i tried again and i was like NOOOOO. then it was weird cuz without rebooting or doing any thing different i tried again and it worked so i was happy.

I am having the same 3-4 sec door lag, and can not enter any vech in training w/o crashing, other than that, the lightning gun has the same problem with tracking that the gal does (argh).

Nah, unless their stat thing is wrong, I was pinging in at about 40-60 and I was having long door opening problems.
