Wouldn't Numner 10 be D because u do unlearn a Cert Instantly u can't Learn another till 24hrs?

You can "unlearn" a cert immediately which allows you to spend the cert points, but it takes you 24 hours for you to "forget" the cert.

When I had my Marauder cert it wouldn't go in the Gal. LIGHT vehicles only.

It should be able to fit in; as a vanu, i can put a thresher into the gal, and they are both heavy assault buggies.
