I understand what you are sayin' here, but I don't agree with that philosophy.

Example. Person #1 steals food from a grocery store because they don't want to pay for it. Person #2 steals the same food from the same grocery store because they hate the store owner. Are you saying that just because they all acted and behaved in the same way that they have basically the same personality?

There is a reason for each and every person's actions. Every action they make is because of a choice they have made. It is these choices, and the reasons they made them that sums the person's character, not the action itself.

In Klar's case, I hope he desists from global spamming. And if his apology is sincere, then good for him! Shows he's a better person than people think he is.

Not that I am defending Klar's actions, but what happened to second chances guys? Hell, even our criminal system uses the "3 strikes you're out" rule/law. He appologized. Now if he appologizes and keeps doing it, then I would have a hard time forgiving those/his actions. We shall see if he does it again. Only Klar can make that decision. Hopefully he has learned that there are consequences for one's actions.
