Yes, and they repair quickly causing the NTU's to go down EXTREMELY fast, once it repairs you kill it again.

Yeah that just seems wrong, or they should maybe make the panels use VERY little NTU to repair and function. I didn't even know until now that those panels could be blown up. I never use them so i probably thought that blowing them up wouldn't do that much. But of course now that I know this I might blow them up once to help drain NTU but I won't be cheap and continulessly blow them up.
