I admit, the guy sounds like an ass. But getting on his case because he had sex with a 14-17 yr old? Thats BS.

I dunno about you guys, but the 15 year olds where i live have C-cup breasts and have bodies to match it.

If a 14-17 year old wants to be de-flowered, i see nothing wrong with it. If theirs grass on the field: go play.

Tell me about it Tek... The girls around here in high school that are 14-16 look like models these days. Back in my day the really 'riske girls would wear short skirts... Now girls are going to school wearing hip-hugger jeans, low-cut shirt, and thongs in plain view...

no, i think he got his IP, and then searched who it belonged to, or searched out his Email adress, got his name, and did a overall search through the net and stumbled apon the info, either that or he payed some sort of company that does things like this (find info on people) they do exist

What I meant was that if you are not impressed with the way the guy was pwned on the message boards, produce an exapmle where someone was pwned even harder on a message board. It is no good to not be impressed but not have examples of harder pwnership.

BTW, wtf would a bank want a house for? It would be 200,000 dollars that are frozen and could not be invested. The bank does not want the house, and recipt of the house is a burden on the bank and an overall loss of money after they hire a real esttate agent to sell it.

The loan of $60,000 was split between three people. That is only a $20,000 loan per person. It is not difficult to get a $20K loan, especially if you havce parents willing to cosign for it.

Lex... a morgage in itself is signing off your house if you should not pay the loan back... with interest of course.

So bassicly if the guy got a 200k morgage his house is probly worth 300k+ and if he should fail the bank takes the house and sells it to the highest bidder.

In canada it's a bit different... since the banks are owned by the goverment... most of them at least. But it's practicly the same thing.

(and if the investment is too risky the bank would never do it man... but the real estate guy... they probly have one hired at all times hehe)

You do realize that the guy is 24 and it was with a girl between the ages of 14 and 16.

Do you really find it acceptable for 24 year old men to go around deflowering 14 year old girls?

Nope. Thats not the way it works. When you are first buying a house you customarily put 5% down(which is often a loan from a bank) and the bank finances the rest. That is a morgage. In addition, you can often get a morgage of a greater value than your house. My parents recently refinanced and got a 500K morgage on their house which was appraised at 400K.
