Just run over someone with a vehc. You get grief, but you kill them, and THEY get grief. ;]

Actually if you blow a mine/boomer with a jammer and it kills someone you get the credit for the kill, and the grief.

and i didnt get grief

Most of these griefs are really from an enemy empire on another server. they're usually BR3-6. they make a character, try out the vehicles and weapons, then move on to the grief. I used to do it a little too...make a TR character on Johari, uncloak AMSes, stuff like that. now if one of my friends wants to try out PS, they usually just shoot everything that moves.
