I run minimum minimum specs, even sub-par minimum specs.

It runs, but barely.
30+ people=bad.
10+ Vehicles=bad
100+mph over an extra rendered area (base, fight)=bad.

It could work, if it does though it should work really really piss poorly. If you managed to get anything accomplished at all with that computer in PS my hats off to you
