Chat blackout while spawning

I love not being able to chat will dead...or should I say not being able to chat most of the time while dead....or is it some of the time...

Bah, I wish the system would just settle on which way it wants it to be instead of this "sometimes it works, sometimes it don't" crap.

Strictly speaking though your conciousness thought has to be active somehow and someway because its able to select where to respawn at. So theres no reason to believe that it cant communcate (after all how do we know squaddies are speaking to each other? They could be useing a form of technological telepathy.
