How will you switch between normal and AP rounds? Will you need to switch clips on your guns or just hit alt-fire?

Will you have access to the ammo types used exclusively by Vanu weapons if you are TR or NC?

What vehichles can Reinforced armor drive/pilot?

Will there or will there not be headshots? We have heard conflicting/ambiguouse reports and I would like to have this issue clarified.

Will Agile armor have any advantage over Reinforced armor?

Will the Different armor types absorb different persentages of damage done? (IE: will someone wearing Rein armor take less Health damage and greater armor damage than someone in agile?)

Will the Reinforced and MAX armors be able to stay under-water indefinately/for extended piriods of time compared to aglie/standard/stealth?

repeats tell us that multiple people want to know the same thing, so it is an important question (aka more likely to get asked)

don't worry about asking one someone else already has, just ask YOUR 3 questions.
