I don't expect much from the movie, but...
The Hellboy trailer looks pretty sweet:

Day After Tommorow
Spiderman 2

Also saw a preview for some creapy Aston Kutcher movie where he can control time and everytime he goes back to fix somehting, something in the future goes more awry. Looks like that empyt feeling in your stomache type of movie where the director gives you that absolute hopelessness.

EDIT: It's called "The Butterfly Effect"

Hmmm...

So far...
  • SW Ep3
  • RE2: Apocalypse
  • Broken Lizard's Club Dread
  • Day After Tomorrow (might suck donkey balls, but could be good)
  • Hellboy
  • SpiderMan 2
  • AvP
  • The Punisher
  • Kill Bill Vol. 2

I'm sure I'll think of more. I'm a pretty big movie buff and go at least once a week.

I'm not expecting much at all from AVP, but I'm hoping to be surprised.

SW: 3 - hopefully they fixed the trilogy. Lucas needs to do what they did with LOTR - use special effects to supplement the storyline, not be the storyline.

Spiderman 2 - the first one was a refreshing blast of enjoyment. About time they did a comic justice. Best since the original superman.

RE sucked, RE2 will probably suck too.

Punisher - they did it before and it was a fun, stupid movie. The new one has potential.
I heard they are going to do a hobbit movie and it they are starting negotiating rights.

Zatrais, I agree with you. Deffinetly Chronicles of Riddick and AvP. but I don't think they be able to pull off AvP, thus making it suck. So I might have to go with Chronicles of Riddick and Resident Evil: Apocalypse.

I robot could be kewl, depends...

Punisher, anything is going to be better then the Dolf Lundgren POS they put out, but then again, the chubby irish guy in a comic book store t-shirt that they have playing Frank is freaking me out a bit.

Spidey 2 could be good, I enjoyed the first in a low-brow kinda way.

AVP will probably suck. They coulda followed the orriginal AvP storyline in Darkhorse and that woulda been a good movie, but now They're probably gonna find a way to throw in Sigourney just to really piss me off.

RE2 as long as Milla is in it I'll watch and probably enjoy (bad person that way)

Riddick: Nuff said, and from what I've heard it's actually a prequal to pitch black... And the fact that Vin Deasel turned down a shitload of money on a different project to do this one tells you a little about his passion for this character!

Butterfly Effect. meh... could be ok, but ashton Kutcher playing serious guy was like Keanu playing action hero, WOAH

Movies in 2005:

X3 is a real possibility, but we'll see.
SW3 will probably be sucking up theatres everywhere
and I've heard a rumor that they are in pre-production for Electra Lives, but I'll be shocked if we see it!

Great Sci-fi book by Issac Asmiov. Will Smith is starring in it, which might be good or bad.
