Let's do what they did in Deus Ex.

For those that never played DX, the Statue of Liberty gets C-4d, and it then becomes the home for the elite counter-terrorist group, UNATCO.

Very close to the tower, maybe even a side extension, we put a building for some counter-terrorism place.

Cool tower but can we find a better name plz? Enough with the freedom stuff, call it the 9-11 memorile(sp) tower or somthing no more freedom named things.
That should hide a missle baterry or some AA guns in on of the machine levels, its so tall but only has 60 occupied levels.
And %20 of its energy comes from windmills on the top, thats sweet.

I think they should just rebuild the Twin towers. And this time, make it out of 2 foot thick concrete. And have AA guns mounted on it. And giant transofrming power rangers of death on top.

What do you think would happen if a plane got shot down over downtown New York? Bad things...

The better bet is to just make the building capable of withstanding several plane crashes, and the burning for hours... That is what they are going to do anyways.

no, but thats not his point, hes scared that it will happen a second time, a fear well deserved, however, id rather have this thing built a second time, and i belive that theyre gonna make it "plane proof" this time, if im not mistaken

It could have fallen into the water or along the coast though 8) and its little area around hte towers would have covered the first 20 floors 8)

I think that placing a memorial in regards to 9-11 is a great idea. That was a day to be remembered for future generations. But the epic monument that's going to be placed there is just asking for terrorists to strike us again. I think that remembering the brave men and women is important, but not going out of our way to make memorials potential future terrorist targets should be the main concern.
