I have everything set as low as possible and I still get 0.5 FPS when I get near a battle

then you really need to upgrade, ram helps too

i have a radeon 9600xt, 1gig DDR 400 memory, 2.53 ghz p4 and it runs ok, cable helps too

Yeah, I really need to upgrade my RAM, I'm limited to PC133 SD-RAM

And I only have 384 MB. I have about 100 bucks right now, I should look into investing in a new mobo to start.
