but all the original actors are old and wrinkly so they cant use them.

Hollywood makeup artists could make George Bush Sr look like he's 20. The shit they can pull off is nuts.
And using that crappy actor in episode 2, and casting what's her name as Padme... the acting in all the new ones sucks.

I assume you're reffering to the guy who played Anakin. Yes, he
was on the awful side of the spectrum but Lucas has a hard on for using relatively unknown people as much as possible. He got lucky with the first three he's not doing so well with the prequels.
As far as Natalie Portman goes though, you're insane. She was one of the actors they got who was actually good.
The problem with Episode 1 was Jar Jar. It was a poorly thought out character that should never have been in it. The kid didn't do too bad for a child actor (if you're expecting an Oscar award winning performance out of an 8 year old I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you). Episode 2 wasn't too bad, there was just too much concentration on the bad acting of the guy who played Anakin. Of course since he's the main character of the movie it's obvious why they concentrated on him. It's amazing how casting one really
really shitty person can ruin a movie when that person happens to be the main character. However imo the yoda fight made up for it. I would have happily sat through the Bridges of Madison County three times in a row just to get to that one fight scene. The movie would have been much better had they cut almost all of the horridly sappy love story crap and just extended the Yoda fight scene by 20 or 30 minutes
