Yeha it was world war one, it was interecpted and decoded (its a telegram not a letter, and telegrams were basicaly out of the picture in WW2)
We would own the mexican army so hard, but the drug cartells might put up a decent fight.

So anyway. The United States would win. Anyone who votes otherwise is insane. However, it's not the people's fault Mexico is in its pitiable state. Why is it so? Mexico is not a resource-poor country. Indeed, it has the largest silver deposits in the world. Like Liberia, which is oil-and-gold rich, it is the government's fault. Ever since the Mexican Revolution in the early 1900s, one party has won every presidential election. Mexico is a democracy, however, this party, the PRI (Partido Revolucionario Institucionario; Revolucionary Institucionary Party) has won EVERY election since the 2000 election, in which an opposition candidate, Vicente Fox, has finally won. The system was corrupt. The examples are too many to list: let it suffice to say that up until the 90s, the president controlled the Bank of Mexico, effectively giving whoever was in power the power to control the market, usually by embezzling funds and taking it all for themselves. The Mexican Peso, now worth about ten cents, is low because the country is in a depression. Americans go bonkers if the NASDAQ goes below a certain amount. America was/is (depending on who you ask) in a recession, a slump. Mexico is in a full fledged depression. That's why it's in that state, its not because the people are lazy. EDIT: And we have honor, too: The Zimmerman Note (as described earlier) was rejected by Mexico. During WW2, as Americans left for the factories, thousands of Mexicans came in to work the farms.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Remember the Alamo gentlemen. Mexico had a much more organized and better equipped army than the Americans had back than. Just reflecting, thats all.
For a long time Americas army was a bunch of rag tag militia men...The war of Independance, The Alamo, etc.

WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!! hold the fuck on! Texas was not apart of america when the Alamo happened, we were the Republic of Texas, and dont say because a few guys from america came to help you won, most of the people at the alamo were Tejanos, and the reason you dont remember that, is because most films and history books were written by anglos, from america. Remember the Alamo, Remember Goliad, but Remember that that was Texas.
