No. Not anymore thanks to the people out there that abused this to get into the country scot free.

Now, you need to be married. Prove it. Wait like 3 years and then wait another 3 years to be a citizen. Thankfully, they'll get her a work visa pretty quick.

If you can afford it. Get a lawyer. Those forms are confusing as hell and one fuck up can set you back years or get her deported.
