hit the prt scrn button on your keyboard.
(above the arrow keys)

then open a program like MS paint, paste it (Edit>paste), save it, and host it.

press Print Screen button on kb (inbetween F12 and Scroll Lock) and edit --> paste into MS Paint, then save somewhere as JPG and find a host (www.imageshack.us)

Not really, but its mostly for thoes who change their backgrounds and add visual styles.

You can just like directly to the image you got your background from if you found it online.
