Although I do not condone taking a picture with a round in the chamber (A very stupid thing to do, in my opinion), his finger is OUT of the trigger guard. Let's hope that the safety is on.

By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

Regardless, that's in poor judgement. I know the safety is on, because martyr is smart, and only complete RETARDS would have the safety off in that setting. If he didnt use a tripod, then i have to point out how retarded his decision to not use a tripod was :-P

Treat every weapon as if it could go off at any instant.

'treat every weapon as though it were loaded' - in this case, it was.
'don't point the weapon at anything you don't want dead' - my camera is not self-aware, and thus is already dead.
for you non-enthusiasts... no model of the walther p99 or sw99 has a safety.
i didn't use a tripod, i used a monitor sitting in the kitchen. better for fine angle adjustments.

end result: pretty sweet picture.
