All three AA MAXes have the same pivot range vertically (or at least, so I believe, if anyone knows to the contrary please speak up). Its just with the TR, you just have to move around the CY a bit, lock down by an inside wall, and shoot. You can hit directly above any base this way I think. And if there are enemy troops in the CY then just go inside and hold the doors, cause maybe you'll get lucky and the lib will hit some other enemies.

Just to back up MrPaul, yes all 3 AA MAXs have the same upward pivot, none of them can hit an enemy directly above them (I think the difference is that the other 2 can actually do significant damage to the lib before it gets into that sort of position). I can't confirm the wall trick... yet
