It has a full turn arc. The problem is that it's immobile and hense is decimator bait. My reccomended use would be deploying it near a base shield (shield mod). Vehicles can't get through and toast you, and you can spray the infantry that move through (they move slower through the field) with high velocity slivers of justice.

You can get a Harrasser for 2 certs. The downfall is if you're alone; you have no gunner. |

I think Jaged has a good point about the bassy's guns. If you're lookin' to rack up 10 kills, don't use it. However, if you are in Rexo and you need a quick way to get from one base to the next, Basilisk is the way to go. Think about it: Harrasser requires another person to gun for you, is slower, and is an easier target. Yeah the guns on the bassy suck punch for punch, but I personally don't see why anyone would expect otherwise. It's a frickin' 4-wheeler, not a vanguard.
Wraith is pretty cool, too. If you're a cloaker, just hit the number 1 key and cruise through the battlefield. Unless someone has DL on, you won't be seen. PLUS, the Wraith has pretty decent pick-up, and if you are spotted, chances are you can get away if you react fast enough. Good guide, Jaged.
