Holy shit. I have 1 120mm Vantec Tornado on my Thermaltake Processor Heatsink. That thing, if turned all the way up, can be heard over 3 rooms away with closed doors.
Just for fun i stuck a pencil in it (when it wasn't hooked up to the mobo), it fuking shredded it like a quisanart. |

![]() The thing is, if you have more than one, and are running them at the same speed, you will only hear a slight noise difference, because they run around the same sound frequency. I read an article a few months back where a company was developing a white noise generator to go inside computers, it would create a sound to balance out the noise of the fans, it couldn't completely cancel them out, but it made the computer alot quieter. If I can find it, I'll dig it up ![]()
