Spiderman stole my old roommate's car.
Seriously. Last year, I lived in downtown Manhattan (two blocks from the World Trade Center hole), and Martyr and his then roommate Lithion came up to visit me from Florida. Lithion parked his Benz on the street along with every other car, and we left it there and took the subway around the city. We get home that night, go to bed, no problems. The next morning, I walk over to the window to open the shades, look down and notice that every single car that was on the street the night before is now gone, and in it's place is a long white trailer. I freak out. They were supposed to leave that day and go back to Florida. I went down to the security desk and asked them about the situation outside, and they told us that Spiderman 2 was filming and they needed my street to park their trailers. Fine, that's cool, but where the hell was Lithion's car? "Somewhere downtown, I dunno." said the ever-so-helpful security guard. So the three of us trudged around downtown Manhattan looking for the Benz, and finally found it by the post office on Water Street. Later that night, after Martyr and Lithion had left, my roommate Kari and I went outside and waited for Toby McGuire. He's a shortie!
