I remember this phrase called out in servers in Counter Strike before 1.6 (especially when I was an admin on a server )

I'd like to see a destroyed turret in the sanctuary.

One thing this does is create weather that will damage turrets and such and help lower NTUs. Maybe not enough to make a full base neutral...... But definitely an annoyance that I plan to laugh at alot on live server.
