So how do we e-mail the houses? I only aquired this a few days ago.

At the neighborhood screen (before you enter the house, theres the little white window that shows the lot information. there should be a 3rd button that appears once you've hit the information button. Email the file the game exports.

If I end up buying it this weekend I'll enter, I was really good with building in the first sims. My place in TSO was cool until my friends and I all got banned... man come to think of it that was ONLY fun when you just fucked with people that took it seriously.

Raise the price the price to 75K, that 12k on the lot is killing me, and its too late to start this one over.

Few ideas on who im gunna ask, but they wont be from online (or at least the PSU community)

No idea, but ill think of something. just wanna make sure you guys dont think having empty space on your lot, and a nice garden is a bad thing.

lots are 5x4 or smaller, 75k limit
