the top of the head could be rounded out a bit. Otherwise you see where the image stops and its fairly noticeable. the black outline at the bottom of the picture (just the bottom) dosent add anything, and might make the sig look better if it were gone.
But you definatly have a unique style which is great. dont let anyone impose their style upon yours. edit: oh and some genreal forum advice. Dont be too worried if you piss off some people. not everyones gunna like you.
